We bought a Farmhouse!!!

I'm still in shock because I'm usually so hesitant on big purchases and let's face it this is the biggest purchase of of our lives. I like to research for days, months, years even. Make pros and cons lists. After just two days of house hunting we put an offer on this farmhouse the second day. I had a list of about 8 or 9 houses I wanted to see so we broke the tour into two days. May 16th and 17th. This little charmer almost didn't make the list. The photos in the listing were pretty unflattering but, our real estate agent Lexi was confident we would like it. The first day we saw it we didn't fall in love. We liked it but didn't consider buying it. We were eager to see the other listings on our tour. After driving from Sandpoint to Kellogg we asked to see this house one more time and decided it was the one. After sitting on the market for months... just our luck they had an offer on it that day.
